In January 2014, Chordify’s paid service Chordify Premium was launched. Acclaim in 2014
Chordify has received much acclaim in its short existence. In the past year the platform was nominated for the Shell LiveWIRE and Deloitte Rising Star Awards and was a finalist for the Accenture Innovation and the Buma Music Meets Tech Awards at the Eurosonic Conference. New features and technology coming soon!
Of course, Chordify’s development continues and soon new and exciting features will be introduced. Chordify is currently testing a new interface that allows users to correct small errors in the automatically extracted chord sequences. This will make the service more accessible and fun for both novice and expert users. Aside from this, Chordify is always working to improve the core technology behind its service. Together with Utrecht University, Chordify is investigating new ways of levering the crowdsourced chord corrections to improve the automatic chord extraction algorithms, which will lead to co-created, permanent improvements to the chord sequences. Finally, Chordify is enhancing its Premium service by adding new features and improved payment options via the Adyen platform. These improvements will make a visit to chordify.net an even more enjoyable experience.
